Personal Use Terms Of Use (PU TOU) 2010

By downloading any of my PU products, you agree to the following:

GENERAL TERMS:
* All images in this product are created by Anelia.net and may be used for Personal Use, Scrap for Hire/Scrap for others.
* Designs, pages, layouts, etc. created using any product from Anelia.net may be submitted to magazines, contests, and online galleries with proper credit given to www.anelia.net
* If you think any of my products may be of interest to someone you know, please, point them to www.anelia.net so they can review it themselves and purchase it if they like it.
* Any similarity to a product from another designer is a pure coincidence - it's impossible for me to be aware of all the products on the web.

YOU MAY:
* You may alter the graphics from my PU products to suit your personal use needs - e.g. changing color, resizing, cutting, etc.
* You may submit your creations with my PU products to online galleries, personal blogs/sites, contests, magazines as long as you give credit to www.anelia.net
* You may use my PU products to create banners, web-page design and other design stuff as long as you give credit to www.anelia.net

YOU MAY NOT:
* No Commercial Use is allowed. You may not re-sell or offer my products as your own creations. For Commercial Use, please take a look at my commercial use products
* You may not alter the images and claim them as your own.
* You may not redistribute my products, which means you may not offer them on file-sharing sites, send them to friends, groups, etc by offering them for free.
* You may not turn the images from my product into tubes or brushes or patterns, etc. and share them in any way
* You may not use parts of my products to make freebies.
* You may not use my files for obscene,defamatory,or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

S4H/S4O (Scrap for hire/Scrap for others):
* If you use my products for S4H/S4O, please remember that you MUST provide the client with a FLATTENED file (jpg, png, tiff) where no layers are included and no graphics can be extracted.

GETTING PUBLISHED/EXPOSING YOUR DESIGNS TO ONLINE GALLERIES, etc:
* I'd like to see what you've created with my product/s so I can leave some love.
* If you get published, I'd love to hear from you :)

FREEBIES:
* Same terms apply to any downloaded freebies offered from www.anelia.net and/or her blog.
