Commercial Use Terms Of Use (CU TOU) 2010

By downloading any of my CU products, you agree to the following:

GENERAL TERMS:
* All images in this product are created by Anelia.net and may be used for Commercial Use, Scrap for Hire/Scrap for others.
* If you think this product may be of interest to someone you know, please, point them to www.anelia.net so they can review it themselves and purchase it if they like it.
* Any similarity to a product from another designer is a pure coincidence - it's impossible for me to be aware of all the products on the web.

YOU MAY:
* You may modify the graphics and then use them to create items for sale in your designer digital kits where those kits are under PU license.
* You may alter/modify the graphics from my CU product to suit your needs - e.g. changing color, resizing, cutting, adding elements, etc.
* You may use the graphics to create any personal use printing materials - greeting cards, calendars, invitations.
* You may use this product to create banners, web-page design and other design stuff as long as you give credit to www.anelia.net

YOU MAY NOT:
* You may not use the graphics as "it is" - you need to change them in some way, e.g. add some embellishment , texture, etc. My graphics shoud not be used in their original form.
* You may not claim my graphics as your own.
* You may not make any other Commercial Use product from my Commercial Use items. You can only use these graphics in kits which are sold under PU licence.
* You may not make a whole kit out of my CU products. Where does creativity go?
* You may not gray-scale my CU products and offer them as templates or your CU product for sale.
* You may not redistribute my CU product, which means you may not offer it on file-sharing sites, send it to friends, groups, etc by offering it for free.
* You may not turn the images from my CU product into tubes or brushes or patterns, etc. and share them in any way
* You may not use parts of my CU product to make freebies.
* You may not use my files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

S4H/S4O (Scrap for hire/Scrap for others):
* If you use my product for S4H/S4O, please remember that you MUST provide the client with a FLATTENED file (jpg, png, tiff) where no layers are included and no graphics can be extracted.

LINE ART/COUNTOUR GRAPHICS:
* You must at least colorize the graphics in order to use them in your kits.
* PREFERABLE but not limited to is : Adding your colorized version to an element - e.g. use an animal as a frame embellishment, not easily extracted.

CREDIT
* You must credit me in your product, e.g. give proper credit to www.anelia.net in your product TOU.

MASS PRODUCTION
* If you need to use my product for mass production (yearly income larger than $10.000), please, contact me.

FREEBIES:
* Same terms apply to any downloaded freebies offered from www.anelia.net and/or her blog.
